Local Pick - up
We offer next day pick up for all local pick-up orders; although if the order is placed early enough in the day and same day can be accommodated, we will always do our best to do so!

Pick up location is in Summerland. The address and pick up window will be provided after check out.

Canadian Shipping
All orders are shipped from Summerland, British Columbia, Canada
We ship all of our packages using Easy Ship’s services, which allows up to provide you with competitive shipping rates and a smooth receiving experience. Easy ship also allows us to offer shipping insurance for your order, offered at checkout. We strongly recommend that you opt for this option, so that in the unlikely, but possible event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged, you may file a claim and be reimbursed or the items replaced. Please be sure to review Easy Ship’s own terms and conditions at checkout.
Processing times: Please allow 1-3 business days processing from the time that your order is placed to shipping, although we will always do our best to expedite this. The most common thing that will effect processing time is the local time that the order is placed. If it is placed on a Friday, the courier will not pick up the parcel until Monday.
Shipping times: Please allow anywhere from 1-5 business days for shipping depending on your location. Once your order has been processed by Someday, you will receive an e-mail with a more accurate delivery estimate, and real time tracking updates.
Please note, shipping times are in addition to processing times and are only an estimation and ultimately will depend on the courier and specific delivery address. Many areas in Canada will be much quicker than others, depending on their accessibility to BC, which is why this window is so large. Shipping times are out of the control of Someday and cannot be guaranteed, as they are dependent on the courier service. Please also be aware that COVID 19 may still impact or delay shipping times, as well as the likely event of weather implications and natural disasters.

Duty & Taxes: Please note that all duty and taxes will be billed to the customer upon customs clearance. The parcel will not be delivered until this is paid in full. To avoid delays, please pay this in a timely manor.
